Believe it or not, therapy can be fun and effective. NLP can be a particularly useful, and fun way to change (improve) state and improve your life. Neuro - deals with how your brain works and processes information through your 5 senses. Linguistic - involves the language patterns you use. Programming - refers to how you structure your communication and thinking to get the results you want. I am registered as a Master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. A number of years ago I completed NLP Practitioner Level Training with the very brilliant Brian Colbert of the Irish Instutute of NLP. (See www.nlp.ie). In July 2010, I trained with Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) and John Lavalle in the United States to achieve the standard of NLP Master Practitioner. I often incorporate aspects of NLP in my therapy work with clients like you and I believe that a supportive environment, good rapport and a combination of approaches can be really helpful - and fun.
